I love this time of year with all of the holidays. It can get kind of crazy and busy, but I try to make myself slow down and focus on the many things I’m grateful for.
I saw a great article by Kathryn Moody on www.hrdive.com the other day and I love the quote she used, “It’s not necessarily what you say, but how you say it that matters.” That was a good reminder for me to be intentional about letting my co-workers know that I’m grateful for them and all that they do. And I am very grateful for my team . . . I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with.
If you’re a business owner, do you take the time to let your employees know that you’re grateful for their hard work and dedication? There are many ways to show your appreciation. Check out Kathryn’s article “4 ways to show meaningful employee appreciation” for some great tips.
I hope you all enjoy this holiday season and can find the time to focus on what you’re grateful for. Let’s all take the time to let others know they’re appreciated.
